Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at . If your return is accepted; we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any postage costs related to the return of items to Sunny Bubby & replacement items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt & contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue & resolve it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any item that is not in original, packaged sale condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges/Change of Mind

Change of mind is permitted as long as the return eligibility parameters are met.

For an exchange of size or colour follow the return instructions outlined above & we will request that you enclose a self-addressed, pre-paid postage bag with your returned item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

Sunny Bubby is confident in the quality of materials and workmanship of our products so we offer a 3 month warranty on all of our products from date of purchase. Sometimes things do go wrong and the product may be covered under warranty. This warranty only extends to the original purchaser and proof of purchase must be supplied with the warranty claim.

Our warranty covers the following:

  • defective snaps;
  • defective stitching;
  • defective PUL;
  • defective zippers; and
  • flaws in fabric (but not print placement).

Our warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • sale items;
  • the natural breakdown beyond the reasonable life of the materials and components (e.g. fading, pilling and shrinkage in certain fabrics) – natural fibres will shrink after washing;
  • modifications or alterations (e.g. cutting, stitching and removing parts including the care label);
  • damage caused by improper use (e.g. forceful use of snaps);
  • improper care and maintenance (i.e. not following our care instructions, exposing to high heat (washing over 60 degrees and/or high heat machine drying), prolonged exposure to sunlight or chemicals causing delamination);
  • Mould, damage and/or ammonia build up caused by improper wash routines;
  • snags; or
  • improper storage;
  • incorrect use and fitting of the products, leaking;
  • not fitting
  • or if the purchase was made on the second-hand market
